Green gold! Pesto!

24 bunches of basil, garlic, oil, nutritional yeast, salt and pistachio (I didn't use the almonds). End result: 6 qts of pesto!

Lunch with friends

Food always taste better when is shared with friends.
Panzanella, pasta with sauce and olives and capers, peppers with veg meat,  eggplant, string beans, salad and tiramisù.

Canning tomatoes

Canning 4 boxes of tomatoes is a lot of work,  but the satisfaction of getting all these jars and continuing a family tradition can't be beat!
The last picture is of plum jam we made with Pam. Yummy!
